About Joe Ray
Joseph “Joe” Ray brings nearly a decade of hands-on mobility experience to Jerry’s Mobility, with thousands of hours dedicated to adaptive equipment installation and service. Throughout his career, Joe has earned certifications from multiple leading manufacturers, including Howell-Ventures Sure Grip, Mobility Innovations, Bruno, Harmar and more. He is a BraunAbility Master Certified Technician and proudly upholds the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) Quality Assurance Program standards.
Serving in a dual role as both Mobility Service Manager and Mobility Technician, Joe provides a unique advantage to our customers. He not only oversees daily service operations, but also works directly on vehicles to ensure quality, accountability and consistency from start to finish. This hands-on leadership allows Joe to be your primary point of contact throughout the service process, providing clear communication and personalized attention while giving you confidence your vehicle is in expert hands.
Customer service is Joe’s top priority. He is committed to treating every mobility customer with the highest level of integrity, care and professionalism. His goal is to build lasting relationships and earn your trust through honest communication and dependable, quality workmanship.
Joe takes great pride in the work he does and understands how important reliable mobility equipment is to everyday life. Whether it’s a routine service visit or a complex installation, he approaches every job with care, precision and a genuine desire to help customers maintain their independence and confidence on the road.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping, hiking and exploring the outdoors whenever he gets the chance.
